Customers may request a refund or exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery. To qualify, the jewellery must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and certificates.
As part of our verification process, customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the sealed POD bag. This video is mandatory to validate claims regarding damage, missing items, or defects.
2. Condition of Returned Items
Returned jewellery must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and free from any signs of wear.
- All components, including boxes, pouches, polishing cloths, and tags, must be returned in their original packaging.
- Any product that has been worn, altered, damaged, or returned without packaging may be rejected.
- Sky Jeweller reserves the right to inspect the returned item before approving any refund or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of products cannot be returned or refunded. These include:
- Custom orders
- Gift cards
However, regular priced items purchased through standard checkout are eligible for refunds or exchanges under our 15-day policy.
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
